Event Calendar - Textile and Fibre Craft Workshops

We offer individual and small group workshops, working directly with the artists. You can learn a variety of textile and fibre crafts including Wild Basket making, Harakeke - NZ Flax Weaving, Screen Printing, Small Loom and Tapestry Weaving, Stitching, Unconventional Materials, Felt Making, Creative Bookbinding, Naturally Dyeing with Plants, Spinning and more.

Our workshops are designed to be suitable for beginners, as well as those with more advanced skills to extend your knowledge requiring mentoring with design elements and techniques.

This event calendar outlines the range of textile and fibre craft workshops available.  All workshops are held and based in the Nelson and Tasman region, occasionally the Harakeke workshops are held in Inangahua and Tapestry Weaving in Westport.   If the available workshop dates do not fit your personal calendar, please feel free to inquire about the possibility of your own small group or one-to-one workshop, and we will endeavour to meet your needs info@nztextileexperiences.co.nz
